To Heart 2~Another Days is based on the other side characters which appeared in the original game. They added Harumi Kouno who is Takaki's relative or something... I'm not sure... Hmm... crazy twist in the series... xD. I'd like to see more Sasara though... Hope she returns at the end of the game or something... lOL

BTW, To Heart 2 OVA 3 is out on 28 this month! Look forward to it!

Probably I want to start going towards mangas instead of Figures. Hobby magazines are also nice because they have posters. Though it's a bit pity to stick them up since I'm not permanently living in my area yet. xP

Metamo Haruhi!

Metamo Haruho Suzumiya Bunny Ver. (In black bunny girl suit)

Yay! Today my Metamo Haruhi Bunny came! I've been waiting for it ever since it was on pre-order. That was 3 months ago.

When I first got it, I was surprised that the box can be opened to display haruhi inside! They probably want to close it to prevent unwanted effects on it especially when it can change colour at different temperature!

Here's what Haruhi can do. At temperature above 30 degrees Celsius, the original black bunny suit will turn white. So if you just touch it with your hand, it'll turn white! =)

But if you touch it, the colour change won't be permanent. So you have to actually heat up the area. What I did was I 'roasted' her above the heater and it turned white! xP

Now, to turn it back to black, you have to put Haruhi at a temperature of 16 degrees Celsius. Same theory, if it isn't cold enough, the change won't be 'permanent'. Making her turn back to black was problematic. Because I do not have an air-con installed in my room, I tried to depend on the cold climate here. Didn't work as well as I had expected. Probably will work if I went outside with Haruhi. BUT!! WHO'D BE THAT 'THICK FACE' TO GO OUT WITH A FIG IN HAND?! In the end I chose another option: ice cube and a cloth. It is possible to make her wear 'anything' with this colour change. kehkehkeh

The nice thing about Haruhi is that at room temperature, it won't change colour! As in, if the area you have successfully turned black, it'll remain black. It's the same as for white. =D

Eva-02 Movie Ver. Revoltech

I got my Elis and Eva package on the 31 May. Took me too long to get my camera ready. xP
I got caught up with watching Geass and Ghost Hunt for the past few days. Geass...gahh! I missed episode 17.5 onwards and now I'm just catching up. Ghost Hunt...Eww scary~ but I still want to watch it till the end. xP
Just searched around for Ghost Hunt manga. It seems to stop at volume 9? Shouldn't be though... Manga drawing isn't as nice as the anime and the anime ends in volume 9 too. Okashi...

Oh yes, Haruhi Bunny by Bandai is out! Mine is on the way from Japan! xD

Well, after playing around with Eva02, some of the joints seemed a little loose. Probably it was already like that when I got it and I just noticed it later. Haha. But everything is still tight only no 'clack, clack' sound for the right leg. It can still do the Bruce Lee kick. hahaha.

Yup, the Internet is where I get my animes, manga, shopping, news... basically everything!

Oh yes, there is news of To Heart 2 Another Days. It's in Tech Gian July 2007. Darn it, it can't be ship overseas so I can't get any more news out of it.

I missed Dengeki Daioh June 2007. Apparently it features Sola manga now and a Special Colour book is added together. There's a special pillow case order form together with the magazine. I've heard that it cost USD100+ for just one pillow case. OMG! For that, I'll wait for the artbook. Perhaps they'll provide a Matsuri stand just like when I got my fate stay night visual collection.

I want a Nintendo DS lite!! but argh! it's so darn expensive! AUS$300 including the R4 card. No.. can't buy. It'll be the same price as me buying a PS2!!! ARGH!!!! NUOO!!!!!!!!!!!

At first when I saw it. $198. Hmm... looks okay... then I thought of the conversion rate... SH*T! NUOOOO~!

By the way, I had to wrestle with Haruhi to get her skirt off... I think they mistakenly glue it on because the waist part was detachable but the skirt wasn't. That doesn't make sense does it?

Caution~ You need force. Don't be afraid to just yank that skirt off! Took me 30mins to finally get the darn thing off but it was worth it. Probably... hmm... =P... You'll notice that Monpuchi took his pictures at a certain angle to prevent people from seeing the glue marks on where the skirt was attached to the waist. So hmm~ makes you wonder but I could be wrong~

If they still have not fix this problem when the last batch is out. Then I'll have to say boo to Maxfactory.

Btw~ in case you are wondering... the picture is Kureha from Shining Wind PS2 game. The release date has not been confirm and there isn't any information in the main Maxfactory website. But according to Monpuchi in his moeyo website it's set to be out in Sept... Easter break

Career week~

wow~ after going for the engineering expo, G03 expo and today's seminar... i felt so scared... scared of what i'll be next time... my potential... my abilities... my goal... in fact... when i reflect on what i have... i don't have much at all... perhaps it was the fear developed while i did my industrial training... the fear of living a life with nothing to interest me... do i want to be what i'm going to be?

currently listening to kiri - monoral... it's lyrics with ~come and save me~~~~~

i practically used up 3 weeks worth of food for my hobby... where am i heading? i have to stop... it's getting ridiculous... insane... uncontrollable... i scare myself...

this year i'll definitely stop to a minimum...

lots of work during the break... not much time to even handle all of those... i haven't slept properly for days... all the early morning events were killing me...

at the end... it's cold... autumn in australia... spring in japan... the indifference... i'm not making sense... lOl

Thursdays~

Every Thursday, I'm free... no class... empty~... a little bored... can't be helped~

Last Thursday I was really out of it... I didn't touch any of my books... didn't care about my FYP... went out for a little shopping and came back late because we missed the bus... haha

Today~ nothing... woke up late, because of assignments... couldn't start my work early because dad was telling me about problems at home... URGH!... started work at 12am till 2am... played AOE2 and then a little bit of Pirates before I just couldn't stand it and went to sleep. It was 5am. hahaha!

Next week I'll be having 2 weeks of Easter break... I should be free but there're some activities alread planned.

30/3 - Fri, off shopping at Carousel again... won't miss the bus this time!
31/3 - Sat, Engineering Expo... Looking for some industrial job and free stuff... haha!
1/4 - Sun, GO3 Expo omg... aka... April Fool's Day... darn... well~ it's a Electronic Entertainment Expo... shoulg be a lot of fun! shud be... hopefully... LOL
2/4 - Mon, Proffesional Engineering Seminar... another engineering thing for job hunting... haha
3/4 - Tue, Off to Southerlands to watch Mr Bean's new movie with cruz
4/4 till 5/5 - First Aid Course! ... xP CPR anyone?? naah~

I'll probably have to start writing my CV now... need to print copies before the Expo and stuff... rawr!! ok... back to work~

Parts

Here are the parts for my freedom,

Wings

I added the extra decals behind the wings since it’d be kind of plain without them. Plenty of those white decals on the wings to make it nicer! Haha… The front part is basically the same. Paneling on the blasters was kind of annoying to make. At first I almost decided not the line it but since I’ve started better just finish it. I painted the silver and gold part on the pipe parts if anyone notices. =)

Side guns


The side guns were sprayed with a shade of sky grey. It looks much better than the original plastic gray. The decals are different from the front and from the back. Well if I ever decided that ETERNAL01 doesn’t look nice, I can always interchange with METEOR. The trouble I had with the side beams was when it needed to be closed and opened frequently. Some paint at the areas which has friction always peels off. I found out that if you spray enough clear paint, it tends to prevent it from peeling off that easily.

Gun

The gun is pretty much normal. I’ve only recently bought my clear blue and painted it on the scope but I haven’t taken any action pictures of it. Oh yea, I cut the gun nozzle so that it’d look better.

Shield

The shield doesn’t have much special features. But the paneling for the inner parts is very fine. What I did was use my art knife and cut a deeper path for the waterbase ink to flow. So what I needed to do was just press the marker on the edges and let the ink flow. Later I just use either a rubber or the blender marker to clean up.

Legs


The inner parts of the leg which includes the hydraulics and pipes were painted with gold and silver. The small boosters at the legs were also painted silver. The knee was given a grey shade to follow the original colouring of the model. And yea, more and more decals. =)

Back skirt


The back skirt is pretty much like that. I added some extra decals and painted the inner part grey and silver. By the way, the original colour for the inner part of the back skirt was white. First I painted the silver parts and then mask them. Later, I sprayed grey. After taking of the mask, eventually there were some areas which were not covered. So what I did was used a brush and carefully painted the parts.

For now I’ll stop boasting on having 3 MG SF FB!! Muahahaha!! loL~

In fact, 2 of the boxes belongs to ck lah~~ ahhaha! I’m not as crazy as to buy 2!! As I’ve mentioned earlier, people were willing to buy this for 100 pounds!! I got mine for approx. 6550 yen + 2166yen (shipping) = RM282+ (tax free!!) ck on the other hand was taxed because the custom officer didn’t notice my price tag in the invoice but chose to use his bigger value instead. Well, I think the officer was sympathetic towards me and I did put on my noob act just to get the tax reduced by 30%. Hehe… lucky lucky!!

Ok~ lets not forget MG Freedom! My first airbrushed gundam! I’ll make a detail explanation on what I did to make it look like those models you read in magazines and so on. Although it isn’t as perfect, or as modified, it’s still few level higher than those who don’t paint their gundams… loL~ sorry ck~ jk jk nia ahh~ haha
